If your credit card is declined, your service will be paused until it is updated. Here is how to update...
1) Sign-in and go to "Settings" > Account / Payment Settings.
2) Click "Update Credit Card Information," update your info, and click submit.
If the credit card is accepted, your service will be turned on immediately and be active for another 30 days.
If it does not accept your credit card, here are your options...
1) Submit a new card and press submit.
2) Contact your bank and ask them to accept the transaction. (We have seen an increased sensitivity in banks accepting subscriptions and often this step is necessary.)
