We've noticed that with BigCommerce's recent API changes, some stores upsells have either stopped working, reporting on their dashboard, or are having issues fetching products.
All you have to do is uninstall and re-install the app. Your upsells will NOT be removed and once you install, all upsells and settings will be back to normal.
Quick Guide to Uninstalling & Re-installing:
- Sign in with the store owner's admin account.
- Click "My Apps" on the left menu bar.
- Click "Uninstall" Easy Upsell.
- Re-Install & sign in with your same BC store owner account here.
