If the pop-up is not appearing on your website, it’s most likely one of these causing it...
1) You are using an older version of BigCommerce. | See manual install instructions below.
2) Your website contains customization that is preventing the pop-up from initiating. | See manual install instructions below.
3) You don't have a relevant product in your cart. | Be sure you have a TRIGGER PRODUCT in your cart when testing.
4) Your session has been cookie’d from a previous test and thus not showing a pop-up too soon. | When testing, open a new incognito window each time, to ensure you’re shown the pop-up, because the app prevents the pop-up from being shown to the same customer too many times too soon to avoid a bad customer experience on your store.
